More Love More Magic offers heart-centered practices—designed to meet you where you are and awaken you to your wise heart. Our methodology integrates a mind, body, and spirit approach utilizing meditation and mindfulness teachings.
Based on scientific studies done by Harvard Medical School, neuroscientist Sara Lazar. Her work has shown that meditation can lead to structural changes in the brain and also shown that mindfulness training can improve cognitive skills and emotional regulation.

I am a certified meditation and yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, artist and founder of More Love More Magic—a sacred space to guide you back to your heart through meditation and embodied practices.
My teaching offers a gentle hand to those navigating uncertainty, resistance to change, and the discomfort of stepping into the unknown. Drawing from contemplative traditions, I invite you to meet life with an open heart, curious mind, and tender self-compassion. Through cultivating present-moment awareness, we learn to soften habitual reactions, embrace life's constant flow of change, and develop greater capacity for ease and resilience—even amidst challenges.
I offer this practice through private mentorship, online classes, workshops, and in-person retreats. Each offering is designed to help you cultivate gentleness, nurture resilience, and deepen awareness in both your inner world and outer life.
